Hotel Royal

Hotel was quite good. Had upper level room to start that was quite hot. They were quick to bring a fan but it didn’t help enough. They then found us another room on lower floor which was great. Appreciate the responsiveness! We would stay here again

Hotel Royale was an amazing experience. They were so warm and welcoming and the room was so quaint and cute. It was romantic attire and it was really nice. They have a beautiful bar and lounge and the best part is that you can walk right out your front door and be right there in downtown Geneva!

What a fab location. Stayed at this hotel to attend the Lionesses semi final and it didn’t disappoint. Was in walking distance of everything. The beds were super comfortable and the staff extra friendly and helpful. Shout out to the 2 gentlemen tending Bogies Bar who were absolutely lovely. Never been to beautiful Geneva before but would definitely go back and would definitely stay again at this hotel

Excellent place to stay away from home and literally feel like home. Great location, cozy and relaxed rooms, atmosphere, great and helpful staff. Thank you for everything.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 Stars – Pleasantly Surprised! I was honestly blown away by how incredible this hotel was—especially for the price! The room was absolutely gorgeous: spacious, tastefully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was spotless, with fantastic water pressure in the shower that made it feel like a luxury spa. The bath towels were impressively large and plush—such a nice touch you don’t always get, even at more expensive places. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, and their warm, accommodating attitude really stood out. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised at how much value we got for such an affordable rate. I’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it without hesitation!

Nice hotel. Good area

I would highly recommend this hotel. I must admit prior to our holiday I was a little nervous and reluctant based on previous reviews. I don’t know what I was worried about! It was lovely. Room was a nice size, even with the sofa bed pulled out for my son. All staff we came across were helpful and friendly. Air conditioning worked absolutely fine too and the nespresso coffee machine was a nice touch. The location of this hotel is perfect. A 5 minute walk from the main Geneve Cornavin station and also near the bus terminal. Only a 15 minute walk to the beautiful lake too. The Geneva travel pass you get when staying at this hotel is fantastic. We took the Mourette boats across the lake, trams and trains. All for free. We also (not with the travel pass as outside of Geneva) had days out at Annecy and Chamonix. Both beautiful and worth a visit. A very, very enjoyable holiday. X

The room did not meet expectations and looked nothing like the pictures. At check-in, I was asked if I wanted to upgrade, but when I mentioned I am an Expedia VIP member, I was told no better rooms were available.

My room was spacious

Convenient location, good service. Small elevator. Furniture and renovation need to improve.
