The only good thing about this hotel is its location. Everything else was absolutely unacceptable.We were accommodated in a double room with a balcony, but the view was facing gutted, dilapidated buildings (as you can see in the attached photo). However, that turned out to be the least of our problems. The hotel's ventilation system was constantly spewing a strong smell of fried food. It was completely impossible to open the door in the evening to get some fresh air, let alone sit outside—especially since there weren't even any chairs provided on the balcony.Basic amenities like shampoo were missing from the bathroom. When I brought this up with the reception and explained that it is unacceptable to check guests into rooms with such conditions, I was simply told that the hotel was full and they couldn't do anything about it.The "valet" parking service was another huge disappointment. Instead of actual valet service, they just give you a location, forcing you to drive your own car to some underground parking lot and then walk 10 minutes back to the hotel in the scorching heat. This is incredibly frustrating and far below the standards of a 5-star hotel. We will definitely not be returning, and I do not recommend this place to anyone!
