The outside was attractive

It was very hot and airless. A very dated area around the Japanese garden with old furniture, stained windows and stained carpets. The room we booked was nothing like the photos and despite complaining we were not moved. I have heard nothing from the hotel since leaving a guest comment form at reception. We were advised we could get a discount/ refund on part of our payment when we checked out. Unfortunately the reception area was not staffed when we left and as we had a channel crossing we had to leave after waiting a few minutes.

Prijs versus kwaliteit verhouding. Qua locatie acht minuten wandelen tot het bruisende centrum, de prijs was iets lager dan hotels in het centrum maar daarmee wel een wandelafstand. Personeel was super vriendelijk en heel duidelijk in communicatie en uitleg. De kamer was ruim.

De 3-persoonskamer zag er beter uit dan in werkelijkheid, vanwege mijn lengte heb niet graag een schuin dak waarvoor ik moet bukken om m’n bed in te komen. Ook waren drie afzonderlijke bedden getoond, dit was echter een twee- en een eenpersoonsbed.

Alles, Personal, Zimmer, Lage, alles war toll, die Stadt ist ein absoluter Sehnsuchtsort und überragend. Auch die Tiefgarage ist toll, mit den einzelnen Parkbuchten, mal ganz anders

Rooms and renovated areas are beautifully finished . Blackout blinds were excellent and all facilities in the room were new and perfect . Very comfy beds and spotlessly clean . Excellent communication from hotel re parking and road closures during the triathlon . A lovely hotel nearby the canal and a supermarket a short stroll from the centre . Well worth a visit .

We’ve stayed here many times but this time there were a few “ drunk “ noisy late at night arrivals . Not the hotels fault I know. Spa was being renovated so closed for a short time , missed the little soft cobs/ rolls at breakfast but choice was enough for vegetarians and gluten free folk .

Lovely location , opposite a supermarket nearby the canal and only a few minutes walk to the windmills or from the main square Room was beautify cool and well set out . Like the room facilities shower , bed , kettle and shower/ shampoos . Perfect having a fridge in the room as well. Great communication from the hotel re travelling , parking and triathlon times with road closures .

For me not being able to hang an outdoor coat on the hooks with a hanger . Should have thought to ask for one . Sadly No spa facilities while we were there . Missed some of their lovely swirly crosssnts , but a good choice for breakfast .

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L'hôtel bénéficie d'un emplacement idéal pour découvrir Bruges à pied. Une partie de l'établissement a été rénovée, les chambres sont spacieuses, confortables et très bien équipées. Le personnel est agréable, accueillant et toujours disponible. Le petit-déjeuner est varié, copieux et de très bonne qualité. Une très belle adresse que je recommande sans hésiter !

Everything. Its exactly what a hotel should be . The room was modern large and very comfortable. The Bathroom was excellent 👌 large walk in shower modern fittings and very clean we would recommend this beautiful hotel for a trip to Brügge. .
