Großzügiges Zimmer mit schönem Ausblick auf den See - Anlage und Entrée für ein 4 Sterne-Hotel eher bescheiden.

Einchecken und Abrechnung per Mail und vor Ort waren anstrengend und allgemein nicht professionell (u. a. 2malige Anfragen wg. Frühstück, Bikes 2mal bestätigt, aber nicht parat) Service beim Frühstück nachlässig (Tische saubermachen, neu eindecken) Miet-E-Bike: keine Wartung vor Vermietung (Reifendruck), kein professioneller Hilfsservice verfügbar (trotz € 29,00 pro Tag). Restaurant: Service freundlich, Essen mittelmäßig.

"Fijn maar te warm door platte dak"

De locatie is absoluut geweldig. Aan het water met prachtig uitzicht.

Het was ontzettend warm. We zaten op de tweede verdieping en de zogenaamde airco die was ingebouwd in het plafond deed niets. Het personeel was lief en zette op onze kamer een mobiele airco. Helaas bracht die ook geen soelaas (luidruchtig als een opstijgende jet en eens in de zoveel minuten een knal). Eerlijk gezegd vinden wij dat Fletcher best even in de buidel mag tasten om dit hotel van betere airco te voorzien. Want onder het platte dak was het echt niet te doen. En slapen met het raam open zo dichtbij het water was een feest geweest, maar dan vooral voor de muggen.

Personeel te kort in het restaurant Lopen 5 keer langs en vragen niet of je wat wil drinken. 20 minuten wachten op de bediening.
