Fletcher Hotel Restaurant Beekbergen-Apeldoorn

Fraaie ligging van een mooi "oud" hotel en goed bereikbaar met voldoende parkeergelegenheid. Goede keuken en vriendelijke bediening. Helaas is het sanitair sterk verouderd en hoognodig aan vervanging toe.

Kamer was goed, maar wel wat achterstallig in verzorging en niet echt schoon. Restaurant heeft weinig sfeer. Parkeerplaats en weg naar hotel is slecht verlicht.

Front desk staff was very helpful in trying to help me with my car problems. I had inadvertently run the battery dry. Luckily, another guest was able to help me. The room was nice, comfortable, no problems. It even had a small balcony as I was on the 2nd floor. Lots of free parking.

Het hotel ligt in een prachtige groene omgeving. Van binnen is het allemaal wel wat gedateerd maar de omgeving maakt veel goed. kamers zijn ruim te noemen en redelijk schoon maar zou wat kritischer schoongemaakt kunnen worden. De douche schuifdeuren kunnen tussen de kieren wel een doekje gebruiken en hier en daar kunnen de kit randen in de badkamer wel wat frissen worden gemaakt. Het oog wilt ook wat. Bedden zijn goed te noemen waar het niet dat de onderlakens (moltons) ook wel aan vernieuwing toe zijn. Hotel kamer heeft geen airco en dat is erg jammer. in de zomer loopt de temperatuur aardig op in de kamer en met raam open slapen is geen optie aangezien dit hotel ondanks dat het in het groen staat last ondervind van de naastliggende snelweg de A50 zo'n 800 meter verderop ligt. met ramen dicht slapen gaat goed maar het wordt dan snel erg warm. Optie om misschien aan de achterzijde te gaan slapen als je dit hotel boekt. Denk wel dat het scheelt. Ontbijt is goed maar heeft verder niets speciaals om zich heen. Overigens is deze ruimte erg warm en voelt benauwd aan. Wij zaten bij het raam dus hebben die even een stukje open gezet voor frisse lucht. Ik geef dit hotel een 7 qua prijs kwalitiet verhouding.

This hotel is very convenient for us when we visit Holland as it's close to my sister-in-law's home in Dieren and to get from the hotel to Dieren you drive through some other small towns and it's a lovely drive. Get the rate that includes breakfast, that has been the best option when booking for us. We also usually have a drink at the local bar in Beekbergen where beer or wine is in the neighbourhood of 3 euros and they'll make you bitter ballen (a Dutch snack) on request for a few more euros!

Short and comfortable stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good except coffee was poor. Bed was comfortable. Bothered a little by road noise with the window open on a hot night. Shower had no thermostatic valve just hot & cold taps which really surprises me in 2017 especially when the water temperature changes are dramatic ! Only one wall socket for power and not near the bed for phone charging. In a very secluded woodland setting. Plenty of free parking. Feels like it needs some renovation.

My partner and I stayed here for 3 nights with National Holidays Moto GP trip. This hotel is an absolute dump, more like an old peoples home that a hotel, no tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms. Rooms very dirty and tired. Bar staff very rude as well as some of the restaurant staff, overpriced food and drinks, one vending machine in the whole place to get a 50cl bottle of water cost 2.5 euros, I will also be complaining to National Holidays they need to take this hotel off their lists, ruined our holiday.

Lovely setting but a bit remote a nice room but spiral staircase is scary to use and hard to get up with your suitcase, not good if you are elderly or have any type of difficulty, we had a lovely big room and large bathroom with added shower too, pleased I took a travel kettle and tea and coffee with me as it was €5 per night to hire these facilities

Stayed at this hotel for three nights with National Holidays Motorsports coach tour. The Hotel is very remote set in woodland 3 km from the village of Beekbergen. The room was OK but the bar man Mike was not. I have never encounted such an arrogant rude young man. He managed to upset several of our party with his condescending attitude. We were made to feel like second class guest's when returning to the hotel after an evening out to be informed the bar is closed because I have no guests.(we think this had something to do with the fact we did not eat in the restaurant) He was also rude to other guests in our party refusing to take cash payments for drinks and insisting on charging to the room. No receipts given and in my case charged for drinks I hadn't had. The staff at this hotel need a customer care course,
