Ligging in de bossen, het ontbijt was goed

Het personeel op het terras, niet vriendelijk en heel traag, terwijl we hadden aangegeven met 24 personen te komen borrelen op het terras.

Mooie ligging, rustig, centraal en bij het bos. De kamer was mooi, groot genoeg en het kan fijn gelucht worden. Bedden zijn prima. Ontbijt was goed en hier was ook hardwerkend en vriendelijk personeel. Schoonmaaksters waren erg vriendelijk.

Er mag wat beter worden schoongemaakt. Af en toe een doekje over de plinten, en er lagen wat etensresten op de grond. Maar vooral de douche was niet fris. Er zat schimmel en de vloer was gelig en glad van de aanslag. Makkelijk om weg te poetsen, maar duidelijk dus niet gebeurd. Het slot van de kamer was kapot. Het personeel bij de balie was zakelijk, maar ook bijzonder kortaf. Geen vragen of het verblijf fijn was. Bij het betalen stonden we te wachten terwijl bleek dat het al in orde was. Een gedag zeggen zou dan wel handig en netjes zijn. Het gedrag kwam er na afloop sowieso niet. In het restaurant was het nog erger. De kassa/counter staat pal aan het tafeltje waar wij zaten. Het personeel was luid en zat constant te kibbelen waardoor we niet fijn zaten. Het personeel viel elkaar ook af en had daardoor geen oog voor ons terwijl wij zaten te wachten. En dat terwijl ze vlakbij ons stonden. Dit was een vervelende ervaring. Ik zou de counter verplaatsen want sowieso is het niet fijn om naast je tafeltje te hebben.

Ruime kamer, avonds heerlijk rustig, kon zelfs met het raam open slapen. Blij met de ventilator (was erg warm op de kamer ) Voldoende parkeerplaatsen.

Onder laken ...(omdat ze zo makkelijk verschuiven waardoor het matras bloot komt te liggen.
