Localizado no centro de Fortaleza onde há muitos moradores de rua no período da noite. Não é confiável andar a pé.

Muito barulho devido a reforma, desnível do piso do quarto para o banheiro, perigo de acidente, elevador com defeito, um dia, claridade no quarto, pedi para limpar o quarto mas não limparam, comunicação através de WhatsApp.
