Positioned in easy access place for all Of Brighton. The staff were all Welcoming, friendly and courteous a credit to the hotel. Nice room and a good breakfast

Not enough electrical sockets in the rooms, only two and if you needed fans, chargers and kettle it was a problem

"Nice Hotel but could do with a bit of love and is a walk from central Brighton"

Being right on the seafront was great and the room was a good size. The bed was also very comfortable

The hotel is a good 15/20 min walk from the pier which i wasn’t expecting. I found the room was also very musty and would’ve benefited from a freshen up

"Mercure Brighton. Great place."

Location perfect, breakfast lovely, bar really nice, staff very friendly and helpful.

Room was quite small and very hot. There was also no dim light or lamp setting. The bedside lamp was still very bright.

"Great location and lovely staff"

Great location, very welcoming and friendly staff

Beautiful weather led us outside to enjoy an evening pre dinner drink. We soon had to leave because of the monotonous two note 'music' which went on and on and on. Super location and some actual music would have been lovely.

"Good location and hotel. Bad front desk staff and hospitality!"

Good location.

The staff at the hotel weren’t helpful and rather rude. The person at the front desk acted like she was doing me a favour when I asked for a slightly late checkout. She gave me 11:30 instead of 11:00 and was quite rude. So little for a £370/night stay. I was expecting far more hospitality. Poor customer service and I wouldn’t stay here again.
