Waldorf Suite Hotel

Nice suite. Good breakfast. Helpful staff. Pool facilities were disappointing - a reflection of the season winding down in mid September.

A fantastic stay. Every member of the staff was extremely helpful and made it a point to make us feel welcome. Speaking just a little Italian they were patient with us and often helped us with our learning of how to communicate. The room was one of the nicest and cleanest I have ever been in. We discovered we had an issue with the air conditioner leaking water and they made sure it was fixed quickly with no interruption to our stay. We will be back and highly recommended.

The Waldorf Suite Hotel is a solid choice when staying in the beach area in Rimini. The location is fairly central, about a mile from the Rimini train station, and maybe 1.25 from the old town area. The hotel itself is older -- as most in that area seem to be -- but it seemed fairly well maintained, clean, and popular based on the location. The room we got was at the end of the hall. It had floor to ceiling windows on two sides and a balcony. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was typical for most hotels that offer free breakfast in Europe, with fruit, yogurts, cheeses and some hot foods. The front desk staff was exceptional, and definitely needs recognition for their friendliness and helpfulness. We enjoyed the rooftop pool and bar and had great service there as well. Just as an FYI -- lounges and umbrellas on the beach cost us 45 euro for the day -- closer to the beach. They ranged from 25-45 eu depending on where you chose to sit. Their all inclusive for the day included a locker at the loungers, 2 drinks from the bar and a one hour paddle boat ride. The package also included access to clean bathrooms, access to the cold plunge tubs (hot tubs but cold water!) and access to the gym. We felt it was definitely worth the cost and would have been three to four times that much back home. Overall, the Waldorf was a hit and we would recommend to others going to Rimini.

Posizione eccezionale, un panorama strepitoso. La camera era grande con un bellissimo balcone con vista sulla città e sul mare. La colazione buona con tante varianti. Una terrazza sul tetto con piscina splendida per prendere il sole e godersi un panorama bellissimo. Hanno il servizio biciclette gratuito e il personale è gentilissimo e attento alle esigenze del cliente.

Proche de tout, hôtel propre et bien insonorisé, piscine sur le toit très agréable ouverte de 8h a19h. Fermeture le 15 septembre

Salle de bain petite, pas de tasse à café au petit déjeuner, personnel pas très présent pour le signaler. Clim un peu bruillante . Le seul hôtel de mes vacances où l'eau dans la chambre est payante.
