Very Disappointed with the Experience From the beginning, communication was poor. I asked twice in advance if it was possible to have a washing machine in the property as we are traveling with a 4-month-old baby. Both times I received the same vague reply: “We will let you know soon.” After waiting a full week with no update, I asked again. Upon arrival, when I asked once more, the response was very rude: “Yes, the laundry is already in the property.” However, no prior communication was ever provided, which was quite unprofessional. The property itself is old and needs maintenance. The air conditioning in the rooms is very noisy, and the one in the living area leaks water when used for many hours. This made the stay uncomfortable, especially with a baby. Additionally, at 6:00 AM every day, loud noise from golf club gardeners blowing leaves woke us up. It disturbed our rest and especially affected our 4-month-old son, making our stay far from peaceful. Overall, I am very disappointed. The lack of communication, the condition of the property, and the early-morning noise did not match the standard expected. I hope improvements will be made for future guests.

部屋が広い

寝室には カーテンがあるが、 居間の窓にカーテンがなく、 夜は外から部屋の中が丸見え。 クレームしたら「この部屋のオーナーの趣味」という回答。 夜は居間にいられない。 キッチンの備品が揃っていなくて 料理に不便だった。 例えば 小スプーン、ボール 、ざる、 食器洗い用スポンジなど。 実際に料理することを考えてない。

Чудесные апартаменты, вот прям 100 из 10!!! Абсолютно все понравилось, и локация, в тихом красивом месте с шикарным видом на гольф поле, близко к морю, и приветливый персонал на ресепшене, и стильные ,уютные ,просто шикарные апартаменты со всем необходимым для комфортного проживания. За наличие стиральной машины и сетки на окнах отдельное спасибо. Благодарим за гостеприимство.

Комфортные, стильные ,просторные и уютные апартаменты, с шикарным видом, в красивом районе. Море рядышком. Есть где и куда погулять. Жили на 2 этаже, балкон просторный с удобным диванчиком и 2 креслами, кофе с таким видом- просто сказка. Приятный ,гостеприимный персонал на ресепшене. Качественная уборка. Шикарный бассейн . Благоухающая территория.

Пришлось докупить посуду и бокалы, наличие стиральной машинки порадовало бы. Еще не хватало в гостиной штор или хотя бы каких либо занавесок на окнах. Москитные сетки тоже можно было бы. Да, и скрипучий матрас можно было бы заменить.

die Lage war leider nicht unser Fall, weil bang tao eher lwl ist. in fußnähe waren nur weitere Hotels erreichbar. auch die Märkte in der Nähe sind eher spärlich. am zimmer muss ich bemängeln, dass es nicht genug Licht gab und die Steckdosen am Bett waren für europäische Stecker zu locker.
