Very run down, lack of cleaning, bed was like sleeping in concrete.

Beautiful apartment in a great location.

Feel shuttle bus around Laguna, we hired scooters to get around. Pool at hotel was so hot, needed to be alot cooler. Download "grab" app if you want to use taxis, much cheaper. Staff helpful and friendly, very clean and tidy. Great value for money, although pool just way too warm.

The whole Laguna enclave is very safe and well maintained area. Our room was very large with plenty of space and very quiet. The whole property, the pool and the pool area were impeccably kept. Washing machine and fridge freezer were great. Bed was 8/10 firm. Air con and fans work very well. Good value for money overall.

The furniture in our apartment was very dated and chairs were quite worn out. Shower was only a 6/10 for pressure. There is no food or drinks available at Allamanda. The staff were very friendly but didn’t really provide any details about the area. No maps were provided (Google Maps were a bit tricky to get a good perspective), no proactive information about supermarkets, restaurants, beaches, courtesy buses, taxis, etc. The swimming pool is warm water and not very refreshing !!!

Reception staff were very helpful but only work till 5.30 pm. We arrived later and had to find the keys held by security staff. Easy access to the pool and free water and local buses within the laguna area.
