Das Frühstück und das Personal für das Frühstück war sehr freundlich.

Leider war unser Aufenthalt im Leonardo Hotel in Nürnberg enttäuschend. Bereits beim Check-in wurden wir sehr unfreundlich empfangen. Es wurde uns nicht einmal erklärt, wo sich unser Zimmer befindet. Ein weiterer Mitarbeiter war ebenfalls anwesend, beschäftigte sich jedoch lieber mit seinem Handy und kehrte uns den Rücken zu. Als wir ein Taxi für den nächsten Abend reservieren lassen wollten, wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass dies nicht möglich sei, was wir als wenig serviceorientiert empfanden. Zudem war das Hotel sehr hellhörig. Geräusche aus den Nachbarzimmern und vom Gang waren deutlich zu hören. Auch das Reinigungspersonal war am Morgen sehr laut, wodurch die Erholung zusätzlich beeinträchtigt wurde. Insgesamt haben wir uns als Gäste leider nicht besonders willkommen gefühlt und hätten uns deutlich mehr Freundlichkeit und Service erwartet

Online check-in, super Zimmergröße, bequemes Bett, ruhig, sauberes Badezimmer, gute Lage zur Innenstadt, 24 Std Parkplatz für 6 Euro 100 Meter entfernt -> Preis-Leistung war klasse
