For all reservations, a credit card must be provided to guarantee your booking. A pre-authorization may be done on your credit card before arrival. Guests can ask for a pre-authorization receipt at the reception. ANCV holiday vouchers are not an accepted payment method. For reservations of more than 5 nights or more than 5 rooms, the hotel requires a deposit of the first night of the reservation. For any cancelations, the hotel keep totality of deposit. Kindly note that the AC will be available only from the 1st of june until 1st of november. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. A deposit may be required at the property.

My girlfriend said that the decoration and the cleanliness of the room was very good. The shampoo was very nice, and the shower, and the towels were nice and soft. The air conditioning was very good too.

The tiny step into the room which is a bit of a trip hazard, maybe put some warning tape there? (in a bright colour). My girlfriend told me to write that, personally I didn't find it a problem at all :)

Uns hat das Gesamtpacket gefallen... stylisches Hotel, angenehmes Zimmer mit 2 grossen Fenstern, etwas abseits von der Strasse, freundliches Personal, reichhaltiges Frühstück, Parkmöglichkeit in Garage, perfekte Lage.
