City Hotel Bergen op Zoom

I have stayed here many times in the past 20 years or so . Quite naturally I like the hotel a lot .

At first I got a room on the 2nd floor in the building opposite the main hotel ( room no 47 ) . As there is no elevator and as the stairs are very narrow , it is very difficult for a senior citizen yo climb up pulling his heavy suitcase . However the staff were nice enough to reallocate me to a room on the ground floor ( ( 49 ) fir KY 3rd and last night's stay .

Très bon rapport qualité-prix

We waren met 3 op een kamer, en die was zeer ruim voor dat aantal, waarbij 1 persoon een apart kamertje had, en het bed dus niet gewoon mee in de kamer stond. De badkamer was ook zeer ruim en op dat aantal voorzien. De kamer beschikte bovendien over een klein keukentje. Het ontbijt kon voor 19,5€/persoon bijgeboekt worden en was zeer gevarieerd en uitgebreid. Het hotel licht op slechts een 500m van de grote markt, en is dus de ideale uitvalsbasis als je daar naartoe wil, zoals in ons geval.
