Resort is near the beach. Front desk staff are friendly and warmth especially Nasri who brought us to check on the suite room. Breakfast was a spread too. We were lucky to come after Malaysia school holidays were over as the resort has low occupancy rate when we were there. The restaurant and other areas were not crowded. The staff responded fast when we requested their services.

The housekeeping department needs to upscale their staff. Our suite room was not equipped with body wash and shampoo when we checked in. Then, the drainage at the bathroom was choked. We had to call the resort and technician came to clear it. There was also a crack on the toilet seat! I wonder if the housekeeper did his work properly or not. The last straw was we found a live cockroach crawling on the ceiling in our room! We called up the housekeeping dept immediately and they found two holes on the sides of the ceiling. He told us all rooms have the holes for the pipes. The housekeeping staff did not see the cockroach as they suspected it might have gone into the hole. Hence they sprayed bygone into the holes. We requested to have a change of room and the resort gave us a room one floor below. They then blocked the holes on the ceiling with papers. The next morning we saw a dead cockroach at our balcony. We guessed it must b the same cockroach that we saw the night before. I am sorry but I don’t think I will come back again. The resort is 30 years old and recently undergone major renovations.
