The location, a very posh neighbourhood and breakfast.

There was no WiFi and a place to leave bags after checking out. I had to beg the front desk lady for me to leave the bags since I had an evening flight.

1st room they gave us didn't have a bed in it at all nothing. So they gave us another room right across of that 313. This room had a sub-par A/C unit. It was all day and night. TV's had no remotes. Phones where not plugged in. The odor in the room was NASTY. EVERY THING WAS DIRTY. KITCHEN WAS JUST NASTY. BED WAS UNCOMFORTABLE! WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD IN A HOTEL IN ADDISON. WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN. BREAKFAST WAS OKAY, COFFEE WAS JUST GROSS!!!
