The first room was pretty bad the Fridge stuck halfway out In The living space and the sink by had no cover on the bottom. They allowed us to change rooms but the second room had a really bad burnt smell in the room. We bought a plugin and room spray made it thru the week. I would try not staying on the first floor. They have an amazing middle court yard with a fire pit and bbq.

"Finger pointing during check-in problem"

I booked the hotel room via Expedia. When I (and my family) tried to check-in, I was told my reservation was for the day before and that I was charged as a “no show”. When I presented my confirmation information that I was given my Expedia, they would not accept it. They stated that their records show I was a “no show” the night before. After finally talking to a real person at Expedia, they called the hotel and the problem was resolved. Expedia claims the hotel made a mistake, and given all the details (which are too numerous to detail here) I believe Expedia is correct. So, we were finally given a room, without apology for the delay. The stay was good, other than the check-in.
