The staff and location was great

The pool was closed for repairs when we arrived, did not know or wouldn't have booked. Got to the room and the smoke detector was hanging, the toilet seat was almost off because of looseness, when you shower the tub is so skinny and cupped not comfortable at all to take a shower in.

Location was close to a mall and the venue I travelled for. Staff was friendly

Not a big selection for breakfast. One morning there was no hot breakfast at all. Pool was closed during our stay. Hotel is old and needs updating. Room was ok, don’t think it’s worth what I paid. There went small bugs in the window sills and the carpet in the room had a very sticky feel to it - would not walk around the room with shoes off.

The location was great, Staff very friendly and nice

the hotel needs to be remolded, it wasn't what I expected at all form all the other Homewood suites we have stayed at in the past. It was at a great location , just need to upgrade the hotel.

"Good staff, gross carpet."

The location was awesome! The staff was friendly.

The hotel was under renovations. When booking it never stated this would be happening during our stay, I didn’t receive an email or phone call letting me know this was going on, only after checking in and asking about the pool, did they make us aware that the hotel and pool was being renovated. Also the carpet in our room was damp and sticky all over, I had to wear my sandals everywhere I walked inside our room. The TV lost signal a lot and the bath water didn’t get very hot.
