"Tired and worn out"

We were at the end of a seemingly endless maze of corridors. With one elevator in the middle of the building. The single elevator was in poor repair due to the damage on the push buttons on the inside. The room itself was just OK - however both walls on the far side were mostly windows- most of which had failed seals which result in most windows that had fogged up both rooms looked terrible from this perspective. The towel bar in the bathroom immediately fell off- and it was clear the it had been “stuck on” and fallen off many times before. Common sense suggests the need to tighten the small screw. This will be our LAST Hilton choice in this part of Houston.

The location was great. I was very impressed with the service. The photos posted on the website actually matched and met my expectations too. I loved my room and the upkeep of the room, kitchenette, bathroom and property was right on! I will be revisiting real soon.

The only negative was that the bathroom shower and tub hot water didn't put out hot water, just cool temp water. Please check on this.

We were not greeted coming in, the pool was closed whe which was the primary reason we booked this hotel. It was my sons birthday and I booked the large 2 bedroom suite for him and his 3 cousins and they couldn’t even swim. There was just a closed sign on the door. But no warnings about it before the stay. It really turned his day. the breakfast was sad
