Homewood Suites by Hilton Houston-Willowbrook Mall

I had an incredibly frustrating experience at Homewood Suites Willowbrook Mall in Houston. Upon check-in, I was falsely accused by the front desk of smoking marijuana on the premises, which was completely untrue. Despite my denial, the receptionist insisted she smelled marijuana and even claimed to have seen me smoking. This led to repeated banging on my door for over 10 minutes, causing unnecessary distress. I felt racially profiled and disrespected. The worst part came after I contacted Hilton customer service, hoping for a resolution. I was told (on a recorded call) that I would receive an apology and a gift as compensation, but neither of these promises were honored. The lack of accountability and follow-through is unacceptable. I would strongly advise against staying at this location, as my experience was a complete letdown in terms of both service and respect.

The hotel was nice, rooms were a good size and everything you need was there. There no usb plug so bring them with you. There is a $50 hold put on you card, which you get back. Sone of the furniture could do with a steam clean. Bed was very comfortable. I ask for an accessible room but the bathroom had no rails to help me in my wheelchair. Parking was good. Breakfast was good except there was nobody to help with plates missing and no waffle mix, but everything was sort when the lady came to help. Staff were friendly. Overall it was a nice stay and I would us them again.

Property was clean and well situated, close to mall, shopping centers, grocery store, and restaurants. Quiet location. Manager was responsive to our needs and said the property is in the process of being updated.

Stayed for one night after a transatlantic flight from UK. On arrival I was greeted as a Diamond member and everything regarding elevators, breakfast timings etc was explained. Had a 2bed/2bath suite which was nice and spacious. As we had been on a long flight we basically just wanted to relax and get some sleep. This was easily accomplished both bedrooms had very comfortable beds and the air-conditioning was easy to set to our level choice. Breakfast is free to all clients and was a good buffet with hot food, cereals, waffles, toast juices and yoghurts. Everything was kept replenished and the hot food hot. Check-in & check-out staff very welcoming.

My truck and 3 other vehicles got broken into and found out they don't have any cameras in front of property

the rooms looked more than 30 years old, needed an update ,rugs with stain marks, not well kept.

Good location and good surroundings

Being that I'm already been with you guys for such a long time I would think it would be a whole lot better to get a better rates but it's okay

Most of the staff are friendly but we got a room with a broken lock which can not be fixed during our stay.

The hotel is old and need to do something to update the room.
