Homewood Suites by Hilton Minneapolis-Mall Of America

Mrs Rhoda was the best experience i’ve ever had dealing with any hotel ever!!! The rooms were extremely clean and everything was perfect on my arrival.

Staff was incredibly accommodating! Both Rhode and Prentice at the front desk, the kitchen crew and even the GM, everyone had smiles and greeted us with nothing but warmth!

We were welcomed from the time we arrived by Province at the reception area. The rooms were clean, roomy, and comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast as well, although the coffee could have been a little stronger. Overall we enjoyed our 2 night stay. We met Rhoda when we were checking out, who was also very friendly. We will stay here again.

The staff were so friendly and helpful! Especially Rhoda! We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back again! The rooms were lovely and beds were really comfy! Would recommend to anyone staying in the area

I feel like I am at home. It help pass the time and you are not looking at four walls. You can walk around. Cook yourself something. The staff was excellent. The breakfast starts my day off right. Thanks Homewood Suites for all you do.

This hotel was hands down the BEST hotel that I've gone to in my life so far. They are so warm and welcoming. All of the staff has been amazing. I'm sad I can't remember the guys name with the beard who checked us in as well as Rhoda Romel who was sooo sweet and kind. I plan to come back to Minnesota and I swear this is where I will be coming back to. On top of all of the hotel amenities, the location was perfect. The rooms and showers were clean and the complimentary breakfast was sooo delicious!! I'll have to call and find out which oatmeal they use because it was my favorite!! Thank you all for giving me and the individual I care for top tier service.

The hotel has a free airport shuttle, and we could walk to Mall of America. The front desk staff (Prentice, Rhoda, Sue) and breakfast staff (Linda & Victor) and the shuttle drivers were outstanding! Friendly, knowledgeable, and made us feel so at home & comfortable, which is quite rare. It is a great location, and we took rideshare to Paisley Park, St. Mary's Basilica, walked around near First Avenue & 7th Street - a club Prince frequented, and many artists have played. It was a short but wonderful trip, and the hotel and staff couldn't have been nicer. I highly recommend staying at Homewood Suites by Hilton Mall of America. Would I stay there again...you betcha!

I recently stayed here for a business trip and I had a fantastic week at the Homewood Suites in Minneapolis. The General Manager Hillary was awesome so pleasant every morning would greet me with a smile and those little details have such an impact even so that I decided to stay at another Homewood property in Denver this week . Also every member of the team I encountered was warm and welcoming would like to recognize front desk Prentice and upon check out Melissa K and Montreal W. I don’t always review or ask for names but their excellent customer service warranted taking the time to write this and let them know that they were absolutely wonderful! Also the breakfast is great! Thank you!
