I love everything about the property. The location was great, breakfast was amazing, I felt very relaxed!!

I didn’t like that when I entered the room it smelled like someone had just steamed vegetables or something of that sort.

"Beds weren’t very comfortable, staff was rude during the close-down of breakfast"

Right across the street from the attraction we needed. It was nice having a small kitchen so we could cook some meals on site.

Parking was expensive and we didn’t realize we had to pay for it until we got there. The room we were supposed to stay in reeked of garbage. It smelled so bad that we had to ask and switch rooms.

"A very pleasant drive to and from the hotel."

Aiman was my driver today(1-15-26) and he is a very polite and very nice man. He ensures safe driving practices on the road and promptly helps passengers with their bags both loading and unloading. He engaged in polite conversations and made me feel safe. He is a breath of fresh air and caring for his passengers. 10/10!! Great job.

breakfast was good!

checked in at 5pm no rooms were ready then we were told we were getting an upgraded room due to the inconvenience of us having to wait but we got the same room we paid for NO UPGRADE.

Excellent location right across from Mall of America, large comfortable room with everything we needed for our stay. The whole property was exceptionally clean. The staff were so friendly, warm and welcoming. They really couldn’t have been more helpful. Sue was an absolute delight, getting us organised on arrival and arranging our airport pick up and drop off.

Nothing. It was perfect.
