Homewood Suites by Hilton Falls Church - I-495 at Rt. 50

Great place for families with a nice breakfast and warm (enough) pool. Great location in Northern Virginia near the Mosaic District and all different types of restaurants.

The front desk service was good - they made an adjustment to my reservation when I checked in, as I requested. The breakfast options were very good. The bathroom, beds, and kitchen were clean. My room was spacious enough, kitchen was well appointed. I found the bed comfortable and would stay again. However, the curtains had a food stain and there was a dead housefly in the window frame, so I think only frequently used things are cleaned regularly. It was not a quiet stay. I heard plumbing, elevators, kids in the next group over, and sirens - I think there's an emergency station nearby. However those sirens would also have been within hearing distance of any hotel in the area. I'm not a light sleeper, but my roommate was annoyed. The light switches were hard to find and the closet was small. None of these were deal breakers for me, especially since the service was good and the important things were clean.

Excellent stay! Facilities were immaculate, staff uber helpful and friendly, good pool and hot tub, great breakfast options. We will definitely be returning! Love the cozy fireplace in the lobby. Beds nice and comfy-kitchen huge plus!!

The evening hotel manager is the best hospitality professional we have encountered in years. Very knowledgeable and accommodating. Gave us an extra blanket because it was very cold outside. Very welcoming entry lobby. Fireplaces were lit and inviting. Free dinner on Wednesday evenings. Room was clean. Suite King bed very comfortable. Sofa bed, not so much. Good breakfast. Overall, very nice overnight stay for 3.

Really enjoyed one night with the kids. Continental bfast was actually good.
