Convenient to Airport

Rooms are spacious and quiet, staff are all amazing and the pool was nice. Stayed for three nights and will return. First two were nicer as it was a Thursday night and way quieter compared to when everyone came for the weekend, but enjoyed it. Breakfast is included (can’t tell you how it tasted because I skipped). Tons of parking available, nice pool area and nice outdoor patio in the back and grills are also available. Rooms have an electric stove top, microwave, dish washer, dishes available, pots, etc. Full size fridge and separate living room space. Recommend for anyone traveling with children or multiple people for multiple days.

We chose this hotel because we stayed at the Homewood Suites at a different location and had a great experience. This experience was quite the opposite. Check-in was a bit slow. No one was at the front desk when we arrived and I waited a few minutes before anyone came to the front to check me in. I was understanding though because it was 9:30 pm when we arrived. There were no water bottles for the coffee maker, drawers were wide open at arrival, and the walls looked pretty beat up. I was okay up until when I called down to the front desk for an extra blanket and I was told to come down and grab it myself. I typically wouldn’t have cared to, but I had just traveled 5 hours with a toddler and newborn and didn’t have the energy to pack them up and leave the room. The second thing that put me over the top was the dirty hair dryer in the bathroom. It was covered in hair product and hair. I called down to the front desk for a new one and never got it. I had to air dry my hair before an event I was attending. I realized the staff left the replacement hanging on a door across the hall from mine as I was leaving out. A knock on the door to confirm I had it would have been appreciated. The hotel is conveniently located near food and had a nice courtyard. I wasn’t wowed by my experience this go around and I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed. Extremely filthy with Cockroaches. Found 3-4 on the night stand. Disgusting. Unfortunately we had stop over before taking international flight and had small kids so we had to stay only 6-7 hours. But even for that if I had option I would have left. Will definitely not recommend this hotel. It’s like motel 6 category

The room was excellent. I chose this for the location and full kitchen.

Clean, easy access

I like the room; it was spacious and had a kitchen for convenience. Staff were friendly. The hotel refunded me for leaving early.

No hot water for three-plus consecutive days. …luke warm on others. Front desk couldn’t care less. When I asked if it was time for THEM to move me to another hotel, the front desk said I could move if I wanted (as in I, not THEM) and started to check me out. The breakfast items are all overcooked, and often under stocked. The bread is dry. The English muffin like a hockey puck. Our safe battery was dead. The bathroom sink barely drained. Our towels were not consistently clean. The elevator was intermittently working properly. The wallpaper is peeling. There is duck tape adhesive on the floor where the carpet was apparently held down before being replaced. The tack strip along the carpet pokes your feet - so don’t go without shoes. Honestly I would have given them a “1” but I figured you would just think I was disgruntled and I really wanted you to read this.

This is a really good option for stays with family and pets. Rooms are comfortable - we stayed in a two bedroom. Very nice size bedrooms. Kitchen utensils are a little sparse. Breakfast is good, with great Mexican/Latin American options to spice up your breakfast. If you have a pet there is a trail right next door to the property and a dog park in easy walking distance.
