Shower door wasn't sealing properly. Bathroom window overlooking the outdoor dining area was not tinted.

First impressions were slightly underwhelming, but ignore those, the hotel is excellent and the staff are great. The food was wonderful and the pool was lovely. To swim and watch kites and eagles overhead is a rare pleasure and now a glorious memory. Criticisms - the room tended to get quite hot and there is public transport but it’s a bit of a walk away, but those a minor criticisms. On the main question - would I go back? Yes. Gladly. Gratefully.

The breakfast was exceptional, offering a wide variety of delicious options that catered to all our preferences. The location was perfect, nestled in the beautiful Black Forest, providing a serene and picturesque environment. The hotel facilities, including the spa and wellness center, were top-notch and contributed significantly to our relaxation and enjoyment.

Honestly, there was very little to fault. If we had to mention something, perhaps the Wi-Fi could have been slightly faster in the pool are but it didn’t impact our overall experience much.
