Rummen var inte klar när vi skulle checka in,fick vänta över en timme på att det skulle bli klart. Väldigt slitna faciliteter. Orimligt dyr parkering. Hotellet ligger i ett väldigt dåligt område och det rörde sig flertalet uteliggare & missbrukare kring hotellet. Det luktade Cannabis rök i hallen & inne i rummet. Dåligt städade rum, trasiga samt lösa klinkers plattor i toaletten. Dåligt utbud på frukosten. Upplevde att personalen i receptionen var väldigt arroganta. Jag kommer inte att rekommendera detta hotell till någon eller bo här själv fler gånger.

My first night on June 21 they put me in a pet room. I do not like pets allergic. Then around 12midnight kids ran across the floor over me loud noises. I called front desk finally after 2 hours it slowed down. Then went to shower dog hair back up in the bath tub on my feet. When going down to front desk. The desk clerk told me there was no more rooms available. That night i called hotels.com customer service representative told me he couldnt help me. Can you please give me some rewards points i really feel i deserve this.
