Very friendly staff. Josef and the kitchen staff provided an excellent breakfast with real China and silverware. The desk clerk was very sweet and friendly as well.

Manager at front desk (Tiffany?) was extremely helpful. We were evacuees from Helene. Room was very nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Parking lot lights did not work; the parking lot was very dark at nights. Only one elevator is working. I do not like the idea that this is a pet friendly hotel. To know that a pet may have been in the room I stayed is quite disgusting.
