Homewood Suites Nashville/Brentwood

Very quiet area.

Very clean and polite.. We only stay there when we are in Nashville every two months.

Facilities were generally clean and well kept. Staff was hard to find at times - front desk phone went unanswered late evening. Breakfast buffet was excellent!! Very satisfied with the stay. Will consider staying again.

It was noisy- kids running in halls.

The location was nice, and restaurants were within walking distance. Friendly staff and comfortable beds.

I like the 1 bedroom suite for a little longer stay for the conveniences it offers.

Some minor updates or maintenance was needed.

The room we were in was across from the stairwell, the hotel was full of kids in town for a sporting event and they ran up and down the stairs all night slamming the door. We called the front desk soon after checking I, about 6ish, because the light in the bathroom made a horrible buzzing noise. The front desk worker came and checked it, then said she would have to call in maintenance because they were gone for the day but no one ever came. When we checked out in the morning I reminded the front desk about the light and they had no idea what I was talking about.

Room was clean & had a lot of equipment, i.e. fridge, stove top, dishwasher (very nice) but toilet was very loud when flushed somewhere else close to my room. It did this all night.

I had a government check from my agency & front desk wouldn’t take the payment & had to use my personal credit card. I learned later that someone else at the conference that they took her company government check as payment. I was here on a training conference.
