Great atmosphere. Stayed al all the casinos in Laughlin and Aquarius has the nicest rooms in town.
Everything about this hotel is third rate, from the rude check-in person, smokers in the casino, dirty rooms and uncomfortable beds. It’s Laughlin, there is not one decent hotel, they are all various versions of terrible.
Rooms were clean. Had to wait in long line for elevators every time we had to go to our room. Definitely needs an update.
Staff very friendly only negative was I don’t no why pool was closed on 2 days and we had to go to pool in next door hotel
We called security for a domestic situation. They kicked out the victim and threatened (continuously) to kick us out if we took the victim to our room or tried to help her. Very unprofessional and rude.
Room was clean. Bed was not good. Could feel the springs
The staff was nice. We were in a sunset suite which was great for our extended stay. They would be using some sort of drill or hammer drill every morning around 9 am. Only lasted a couple hours but having gambled late nightly it was annoying. Pool was closed Tuesday Wednesday. That was inconvenient. McDonald’s regular cheeseburger was 5.00! Way over priced. Had to eat subway a couple nights due to no late night dining service.

The room and restroom were nice and clean. Extra towels were provided. Check out was easily done on my cell phone.
