As a guest i paid over $250 but yet still had to pay $38.00 for parking at a hotel that im a paying guest at. GREED.

Finally got my wake up call at 920, 925, and 927 instead of 845 this morning. When I called this morning at 9am to tell them to cleat the system…no apologies just”so you want me to cancel the call?” Yes so while I’m in the shower no one else is disturbed. Just now I call down and the young lady apologizes. I call after the third and she puts me on hold for more than 5 minutes. I have know unplugged the phone. I know all have cell phones for alarms, but the hotel room phone is a great backup. The Marriott’s I’ve stayed in lately have been automated systems instead of, “ ok what room and what time let me write this down.” Seriously , learn to write or comprehend better. Spacious room , great location, needs a paint job and repairs BAD, I have pics. Not worth the price my company will be charged for this horrible experience.

Excellent hotel very friendly staff super clean rooms

The rooms were amazing and staff was friendly. Addison was the man to help us pack the car to leave and was very kind and helpful, he needs a raise. The restaurant was good at the hotel. Always have the best experience when I book here!!
