The location only.

I stayed on the date I was supposed to Sept. 20, 2025. Then on around October 10th I got charged for cancellation fees of the same amount I paid for both rooms. I stayed and payed for two rooms and got charged again double. I had to call to get the fees returned and still do not understand how this could happen. They charged my card without my permission and I essentially paid double. This is not okay, it irritated me and I had to go through the unneeded hassle of getting reimbursed for something that was quite confusing.

"Holiday inn express much better"

Alarms in the hallway at midnight told us there was a fire and we needed to leave! No alarm in the room! No apologies for false alarm! Breakfast too expensive!! Coffee tasted like water!!

Everything was great except for a loud group of people staying there for a reunion. My husband said people were going in and out of their rooms all night and he couldn’t sleep. The shuttle service from the car rental and to the airport was perfect.

I like how convenient this hotel is to the airport and the fact they offer free shuttle services. I was a bit disappointed to find out the shuttle service had limited hours despite calling the hotel prior to booking and being told they had 24 hour shuttle service. Also, the lobby was nice but the room was worn but clean.
