USThe staff was so nice and friendly. The hotel cafe was delicious food. For a few dollars more when you make a reservation, you get a delicious breakfast bar. We ate dinner there too. Very good. Clean hotel, only negative is the carpet needs to be replaced.
USI do not often write reviews on hotels but this one was too terrible not to share my experience with others, especially since it was listed as 4 1/2 stars. I have stayed at a lot of hotels and as a gold member for Hilton, I have stayed at many Hiltons. But this may have been the worst experience I've had at a hotel. This was my 2nd time staying there. The first time was a year before (Oct 2024) for a client meeting for a client whose office is close. That time, it was an average stay. Clearly, this is a property in need for a renovation, but it was tolerable. This time, I was only staying for one night, and I checked in after a late client dinner. In short, the carpet was partially wet, it had a smell of mildew, the air was extremely loud, and the toilet was running all night to the point that it woke me up several times (and I'm not a light sleeper). I would never stay here again unless they completely renovated the property. There is a newer Hilton in Alpharetta that is a much better option.

Had to check out because staff would not control the noise above my room. It was 2 young boys playing/jumping in an air mattress in room 325. I was in room 225. I called the desk 3 times and even went up to where the noise was at 11.30 pm only to be told by the couple up there to “f off”. That is when I saw the 2 young boys in the room and the air mattress askew. They were using it as a bouncy house. I checked out at midnight. No refund offered.
USThe sheets were soft and the housekeepers were friendly.
The hot water took a very long time to warm up. The bartender was rude and not welcoming. We just went to bed rather than having a drink, as planned. There was a constant high pitch running noise all night coming from the hallway. The television was not equipped to stream. The elevators were very slow.
