The staff the location

The ac didn't work and was blowing hot air all night then took 2hrs in the morning to fix where we had to be out of the room waiting

I was told breakfast was included with my stay, but when I arrived at the hotel, they said it was not however, I did order breakfast from the hotel lobby and paid with my own cash. That is the only thing that I was disappointed in.

I had hoped for a made to order breakfast. Parking more expensive than I'd like, but it's downtown Hartford, so I imagine it was in line with average cost
