Hilton Garden Inn Lake Mary

The hotel was very clean and you staff was absolutely amazing. My daughters and I enjoyed the pool area which that and the pool were very clean. Thank you so much to the staff who made me feel at home. We will be back.

We went for a softball tournament. We booked more than 20 rooms. Outside food is not allowed in the pool, the lobby or the outside sitting area. I saw two hotel employees chasing a lady that brought in some outside food to the pool to feed her daughter. They made her get out to eat the food in their room. They stated that while the bar is open no outside food is allowed in the lobby, or in the outside space or the pool. This is ridiculous specially when the hotel is full of kids and families. The front staff members were very rude and not helpful at all.

The staff we dealt with were all very friendly. The rooms were clean, the beds comfy, and the shower was amazing. I love the Zero brand you use...smells so good!
