"Stayed here for over a decade but the area is slipping"

A tried and true hotel just starting to get some age but great rooms and staff. The issue isn’t with the hotel but the clientele and the area is no longer family friendly. Listened to a club half a block away for half the night. Just lost our business to no fault of their own from not have a family friendly atmosphere.
