1. The hotel charged me again because they said they couldn’t find the reservation with booking.com- so I paid booking.com for a room and then had to an additional $177 for a room. I have reached out to booking.con for a refund and I have received NO response. Then the key system didn’t work so I had no key to my room. maintenance had to let me in and out of my room the entire time I was there. The restaurant was “down due to maintenance” and the phone in my room had no cord so I couldn’t even call out for food delivery (or call the front desk).

Staff was rude and lazy. Garbage was everywhere.
Stayed here to attend a wedding. I believe it was Niya at the front desk who was very helpful.
USI've stayed here numerous times and each time was pleasant until this time. We checked in around 11pm and got to our room only to find out the A/C is not working. No other rooms available, nobody to fix the A/C. Room was about 80 degrees all night. Couldn't sleep.
