"You can do better!"

I called days before my stay to change my room to double beds. And you assured me it was taken care of. Because you left it as a king room I did not get a double bed. I as a 73 yo woman was forced to sleep on a roll away with a 2” mattress. Horrible! I have used hotel .com for years and your service just gets worse and more expensive. Disappointed!

"Acceptable place to stay"

Not much too it. In a mostly industrial area, but the room was clean and well finished. Staff was friendly and helpful. I was just looking for a place to sleep while passing through.

"Broken Hilton Garden Promise by manager Ian. Not worth the cost w/o amenities."

It had a pool for the kids

The pool was out of order and I wasn’t told until my kids were knee deep in the pool that we couldn’t swim. We were told by night staff to speak with manager Ian to see if we could get a discount on our room and his response was that his hands were tied and that the pool is complementary so there is no discount for not having a pool.

"Great stay"

The staff was the most friendly I e seen in a long time. The only downside was our air conditioner stopped working our last night there. We didn’t want to pack & move so just turned on the fan.
