The server whose name tag said "Darth Vader" was the BEST part about our stay. She took the time to talk with us, make sure we were comfortable and happy with our food, and wished us well at my daughter's appointments at Mayo that day. No one else went out of their way to welcome us or just gave us one or two word answers. But Darth Vader? She is someone we will remember for a very long time. She was AMAZING!

When we got off the elevators around 5pm to go to our room, there was an old room service tray and food sitting outside the elevators. It smelled terrible and it was sitting there until the morning. We had previously stayed at the other Hilton for a Mayo stay for our daughter, but had wanted to try the Garden Hilton since it seemed more center to getting to/from appointments. The Garden Hilton just didn't seem as clean or "happy" as our other stay.

The location of the hotel from the Mayo clinic was what I needed. Personally had appointments to attend at Mayo and the Hilton Garden Inn was close to it. The Hilton also offered a shuttle ride to and from the Mayo clinic.

The amount of money charged for the parking of my car was somewhat expensive.
