Bad housekeeping

We arrived at around 7 p.m. after a long day. Our first room had not been cleaned. There was hair in the sink and urine on the toilet seat and on the floor. It was disgusting. We got another room, was done by the same maid, but was apparently clean. My wife got COVID from this visit! Be careful out there! COVID takes a long time to recover from these days.

Served its purpose. Clean, quiet. Thats all I needed

The room was clean, the tv worked well and so did the refrigerator. The price paid was decent for the service received and the location was close enough to the hospital, which was our destination for this visit.

The refrigerator still had a bad odor when we arrived, the air conditioner took hours to finally cool down the little room. The chairs at the table are very small and unstable for adults to sit in comfortably. The chair with wheels on it at the desk area was not stable and it was missing a wheel. The beds were both up way too high, especially for older adults to try and get up in the bed, it was not easy and the floor is very very slippery. There was also a dirty towel left behind laying in our shower floor.
