The staff were so friendly and helpful though out our stay! The property was clean, beds soft and breakfast and supper was yummy! My husband and I will definitely put Drury hotel on our list to visit!

I got to the hotel a little early and asked if I can get a room. I was told NO with a Terrible Attitude, as if I asked something absurd and insane. I immediately left and did not stay there. Be warned the front desk attitude is HORRIBLE. I have run various businesses over 40 years and would immediately fire all involved. Rudest front desk I have ever experienced while traveling for business. Be warned.

Television not functioning. No towels were ever changed out. Noisy neighbors outside all night with no security in sight. Key card not functioning. Room smelled of cigarettes and roaches. No hookups for cell phone charger.
