The front desk ladies and gentlemen were very nice and accommodating. The breakfast was good.

The shower in both the rooms that we reserved were disgusting. I ended up cleaning them with dawn dish soap and a magic eraser. So whomever gets room 449 and/or 450 have sparkling clean showers!

Nothing was bad, nothing was amazing. It was pretty midline for a hotel rook

Great experience! Nice continental breakfast. Not too far from Silverwood theme park. AC made the room so comfortable. Will come here again to try the pool. We didn’t have time but looks nice!

Left as soon as we arrived. Crowbar marks on doors and filthy!

Room was nice, lobby was very nice. The elevator was dirty and room doors let in to much noise from the hallway. Why is the doorway for the elevator so small?

Easy access to the freeway

The hotel layout was confusing and irritating when we weren’t told the complex does wrap around. The room was not super clean - there looked to be left over pills between the bed and the nightstand (right side of bed), there was a dead bug found at the end of the right side of the bed as we were leaving. The key access stopped workout after the second day

We pre booked and prepaid for the hotel stay for July 11-14th. Upon arrival and a few hours after checking in, we needed to cancel. We were willing to pay for the first night even though we didn’t even stay and had checked out a few hours after checkin. The front staff stated that since we had prepaid we would need to negotiate with Expedia and the General Manager. I called a few times between Expedia and the hotel and was told to let Expedia negotiate it. A week went back and the General Manager refused to refund the cancellation. Here’s a lesson to folks, don’t stay at Sure Stay Post Falls or don’t pre-pay through Expedia. Typically you can cancel and only be responsible for a night of the stay. We won’t be referring this hotel to family or friends for our future stays in town. The one positive was the lady in the front desk was friendly and as helpful as she could be.

Facility and grounds in good condition. No aimless people wondering about.
