Everything was perfect! My family and I have nothing to complain about. We will definitely stay here again.

Good location

Staff was rude. They never gave a straight answer for anything. We asked them for a certain request and they said no. When we asked if we could talk to a manager then they agreed to our request without a manager’s help. There’s no breakfast included in the stay and needed to pay so we just asked the staff about it, their response was “we’re not other hotels you stayed at for you to expect such services”

The main ventilation in the hallway was located near the room door and was very noisy , I had to put the air plugs at night to slip. Some of the neighbors were smoking outside near the emergency door, and hold the door open. All the smoke entered to the hallway. The furniture is so old that my kids couldn't open the drawers. Day before the check out we wanted to go to the swimming pool, but it was broken.

The location was beautiful

I wasn’t greeted well. Maybe because I was tired from all the driving I did and only perceived it that way.
