I loved the breakfast! It was very tasty.

There were some cracks here and there in the hotel room.

We wanted to go swimming but there’s about 20 kids was on the pool for almost 9 hrs and we paid to go for a swim there should be a limit for swimming

Location is good. Accessible to grocery stores, bakery and shopping stores. Breakfast buffet with lots of fruits. Facility is good. Comfortable beds.

Breakfast room does not have enough exhaust, making it smelly inside.

Amazing location!!

Very close to the train

Stayed here for a conference (in their conference room). The rooms were older however they were kept really clean. The main hallways, stairwells and lobby areas were all really clean. We were not on the train side of the building so our sleep was good. If you are on the train side, there are ear plugs in the night stand by the bed. You can also turn the fan on for the AC unit (keep it running all night) which helps muffle out the hourly trains during the night. Many of the other hotels in Canmore area also backing onto the train tracks. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are quite hot...we were running the AC unit even though it was only 5 degree outside. The breakfast is a great price and lots of options (2 scrambled egg options, potatoes, hashbrowns, pancakes, bacon and sausage, and a waffle station). Staff were friendly and wiped down tables quickly. You do have to clear plates/cups from the table to a cleaning area. The conference room is large, has a beautiful view of the mountains.

Absolutely amazing! your team are doing an exceptional job even when treated badly by other hotel guests! staff were super accommodating for our super short notice stay! couldn't ask for anymore. Reception always helpful & friendly room was cleaned daily (optional), housekeeping staff always friendly and ask if we needed anything. after booking a not so good accommodation for our 10night stay in Canada we opted to stay with you guys for 9 nights and it was the best decision we made . breakfast staff equally as friendly! for reference we stayed in room 224. We expected some noise from either traffic or train however we had no noise from either throughout our stay! not that we would have minded as we researched the location and train tracks cannot be helped. Please do not take the train noise out on staff it is not their fault! do your research. defiantly one of the friendliest hotels we have ever stayed in. We had no issues what so ever! thank you to your team We cannot wait to come back next year!

Check-in was fast, friendly, and efficient, but when we got to the room it was freezing cold inside. Someone had left a window open and the heater was turned off. It took a while to get the room temperature to a comfortable level. Other than that, everything was good. Nice and clean. The coffee/tea station near the front desk is a nice touch!

Friendly staff, good location with a beautiful view. They are incredibly dog friendly - providing dog treats and a toy, and having an outdoor stair access easy for dog walks. They are also located right on a walking trail. We have stayed here before and definitely will be booking again.
