Did not meet the expectations of “2bedroom suite”

The property was clean, the room was clean and comfortable and very quiet. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was amazing

Location was quiet, close to amenities.

Staff were not great, did not look professional, when we walked in she was sitting in the lounge chairs, place felt like a jail with front doors being locked at 11pm, looked like a motel as opposed to a hotel, the television had 2 channels and no way to connect to streaming services. The ice machine also did not work, there was no mention about where breakfast would be held. Extremely out dated and not comfortable for the price I’ve paid, would rather have spent $100 more at Marriott than stay in a shady motel labelled “hotel”.

Not much. It was close to an event I was going to.

The room next to us had a dog in it, there was a hand written note on the door that said “very anxious rescue dog inside please keep sound to a minimum” and the dog barked all night long and all morning. We ended up checking out at 8am to go home and sleep because it was so terrible

Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast had a nice variety, including gluten free and dairy free options. The breakfast staff kept the area clean and well stocked.

Toilet didn't flush and bed was sagging
