Somewhere to stay

The toilet didnt work in my room, I asked staff to switch my room they then simply sent up matience and after one day the toilet wasn’t working again. The sink had a leak it was all on the floor. When showering it made the floor wet. I had to put my towels behind the toilet to stop the water from flowing out of the bathroom into the room. There was a drunk man beating his wife and kids next to my room and staff never did anything about it. This carried on for atleast 3 hours and the next day they were fighting again. The room smelled like smoke even though I payed for a non smoker. Roaches. It was horrible.

I like the location and the environment

I didn’t like how the door wouldn’t shut all the way and lock and I also didn’t like how i seen a roach and I didn’t like the bathroom..

The only thing good about this stay is that we didnt get there til 10pm and we left at 6am because we couldn't sleep. Thank God that's all the time we spent there.

Horrible experience. First went to check in and they charged me $50 more for a deposit. Go to the room and as soon as you walk in the door, you stepped in a huge pile of water from the air conditioner leaking. Then the TV won't work. It will power on but no service to it. The tub had paint peeling on it everywhere. Then we saw mold on the wall from where the air conditioner was leaking. The description said there was a couch and there was no couch in the room. The bed was so hard and uncomfortable I barely slept 4 hours all night. There was people outside partying, yelling and blaring music. The cops came 3 times. I should've slept in my car at a park n ride. Never again! Do not come to this hotel!
