It was a cheap stay

The front desk clerk was not helpful at all. The remote control in the room did not work I was not giving him a replacement then when asking for extra towels, I was told no because people there that they had staying before and stole them so they weren’t accommodating people with extra towels. Also, the pool was closed. Bathroom drain was clogged. I pulled out a big chunk of hair.

Walked in and was verbally attacked by reception. Immediately, I was questioned how much my dog weighed. I answered the question and she insisted I couldn't stay there. The limit was 25lbs. After researching pet friendly hotels, I chose this one. They did not state weight restriction. I insisted on my money back or a room. She picked up texting her "supervisor," and advised me to have a $50 pet charge if I wanted a room. This was crazy making up rules as they please. No signs at desk. She tells me the sigh is right here. Behind the desk where only she can see this. I agree to a 25.00 pet charge as I am exhausted from a 2 day trip. I ask her if the room smells and is clean. She states it's clean. I walk into the room, and I smell so bad of cigarettes. I had to leave due to its smell!. This hotel is in a very bad area also. Not safe! Drug addicts and homeless all over. A warning to all guests.

I thought the channel guide was terrible unless I didn’t know how to use it. The breakfast bar on Saturday morning at 7:15 left a lot to be desired. There was one piece of bread and one muffin. I guess there was waffle mix,didn’t try it . We went to Hardees

The staff was extremely friendly and it's location is close to restaurants and gas

My room unfortunately smelt like an ashtray.

Im disable and requested a downstairs room and the only room they had for us was upstairs and so i still had to climb the stairs, and it was also extremely hot in the hallways.
