Four Points by Sheraton Edmundston Hotel & Conference Center

We only stayed here one night on a road trip. The hotel is adjacent to the Cathedral (so easy to locate by looking for the church spire). There is plenty of free parking across the road from the hotel. It’s a large reception area with a great-looking bar and restaurant attached. The staff were pleasant and friendly. The room was good - large and comfortable. Like nearly every hotel I have stayed in over my 2 week road trip, the bathroom was a bit small. A good stay.

The 12pm check out. This was a true surprise after checking in late in the evening.

Never did get the internet working From the room the phone didn’t work I went down to the front desk Then I was shown a diagram of how to work the phone! Also why not provide the the sign in details at registration? On check out the person on the desk was inept Asked why we had the keys for our room and not another room Couldn’t get the name correct, very confused. Terrible experience,never go back,extremely overpriced Restaurant server was excellent.

Checking in is difficult as the parking is across the street with minimal valet space at the entrance.

Check in was very seamless and the representative was very friendly

Overall a very nice, well maintained hotel.
