Excellent and friendly service by all staff. Room clean, serviced and everything working well. Quiet and proper for adequate resting

I stayed here for 2 weeks while recovering from surgery. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. It was convenient to be so close to a shoppig mall, less than 2 blocks away, perfect distance to walk to for supplies, dinner, and/or to stretch my legs. Through Uber and Uber Eats, the helpful hotel staff, restaurant and laundry, I had the ability to be independent when my travel partner was unable to stay so I didn't have to cancel my surgical plans

I stood at this hotel for 8 days and did not receive a key until day 5. According to front desk, their machine to activate keys was down. Every time I needed access to my room, someone at the front desk needed to open it for me. I was never asked for my ID, only for my room number. Any stranger could have easily accessed my room or any other room. I believe this hotel is unsafe for anyone to stay at.

Staff was very helpful and everyday that we came back our room was very clean well provided with clean towels. Cleaning staff was very nice as well

I love staying here, the staff is very friendly, helpful and go above and beyond to accommodate your needs The food in the restaurant is very good

I always receive good service and the hotel is located very conveniently close to my relatives' home. I have never experienced any problems in the last 10 years or so that either myself or another family member has stayed at this particular location.
