Staff was very friendly clean and affordable ! Great location for boardwalk and restaurants in walking distance. Also great views love the elevator

The AC didn’t work so I was hot

First I will say the staff and service was excellent. Oceanfront and boardwalk view also great, nice comfortable beds as well. My only complaint is that the room looked a little worn, probably because it was the end of the summer season. We stayed in the spring and the room we had then looked better maintained. We will be back as I think it’s a good value for what you receive compared to other hotels in the area.

Everything was great. Rooms are exactly as pictured and clean, Bathroom sinks are very tiny which I didn't like.

Room was beach-front, quiet and easily accessible from the festival and other things nearby. Very friendly and accommodating, helpful staff.

Room was clean and service was great. The bathroom sink area doesn’t have much counter space, so plan for that if traveling with others. Otherwise great option for a festival weekend stay!

Beautiful stay on the first floor ocean front Enjoyed the beach even when we weren’t on the Beach! Breakfast on the Terrace at Grand Hotel, Happy Jacks, and Bad Monkey are great Breakfast places. Definitely do Saltwater 75 and Sello’s for superb dinners! Grace at the front desk was helpful and attentive.
