Room was very small but modern with all amenities. Fantastic location, across the street from Independent Park that goes right down to the Promenade and beach, one block from a great breakfast lunch place (Java), two blocks from Tel Aviv's best dinner restaurant (Shila Cohen's Kitchen), three blocks from happening Dizengoff Street, and one block away from the the buses on Ben Yehuda Street and Haryakon Street.

My husband and I spent 8 nights at the Shalom Hotel & Relax recently. It was a wonderful stay from our arrival to departure. The room was very clean and comfortable, the bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. While the view from our room was not very attractive, we were hardly there during the day and felt comfortable sleeping with the window open at night (until we'd get too cold!). The staff was very helpful when we needed assistance with anything and most of the staff were polite and cheerful when you greeted them. The breakfast area/nightly happy hour was very cute and always clean. We did not get to try the breakfast but every morning there were plenty of people enjoying the sunny and cheerful area. I would highly recommend this hotel. It's a small boutique hotel in a great location - right across the street from a small park with easy access to the beach boardwalk. We would definitely stay again if we're lucky enough to return to Israel.

Our room was small, but it was fine for us. The staff and concierge were very friendly and extremely helpful. I would absolutely stay there again on my next visit. I loved it!

Great hotel, loved the service. The location, breakfast, clean, good atmosphere. They are so nice. Lots of small surprises like happy hour. I will come back for sure. I give them A+ grades. 10 out of 10!
